A new house, an annexe, an extension, a garden room, or shells for a developer’s whole site: the structure is designed, engineered and made at our factory in Devon, then delivered and erected by our own teams.

Where we are

Butterleigh, in mid Devon, around 30 minutes north of Exeter. We supply and erect as far south as the Isle of Wight and as far north as Scotland, with our own site teams; complete builds we keep within about a hundred miles of the factory. Wherever you are, you’re welcome to come and see your building being made before it leaves us.

What we make

The whole structure — external walls, internal walls, floors and roof — engineered together and cut to your drawings, with the walls from our six systems. Close to home we can take that through to a finished house, annexe, extension or garden room. Further afield we supply and erect the structure for main contractors and developers building the same projects.

How we work

The first question is how much you want us to do. Supply the structure for your own team to erect. Supply and erect it to a weathertight shell. Or, within about a hundred miles of Butterleigh, take on the complete build with one point of contact. Either way, scope, programme and price are set down in writing before anything is made.

A high-performing structure up in days. From a single-storey extension to a complete house in the garden, as a shell or built complete within Devon.

Garden rooms

Insulated, factory-built and installed by our own team. An office, studio or spare room that works all year.
