We can produce for large or small panels to suit all builds. It is airtight, waterproof and features minimal thermal bridging – with high core strength and low U-values.

Production Capabilities

A manufacturing facility dedicated to precision, craft and efficiency.

Located on the outskirts of Tiverton in the heart of Mid Devon, with all the facilities to enable the production of both the patented 4Wall panels and closed cell timber frames, the continued investment will enable Custom to keep producing high-end homes for the self-build industry. The factory is available to view on request if curiosity gets you.
