Another stick build a bespoke design where the access was too tight for off-site production. This project was one of the first that Etopia Custom completed, and the first of many in collaboration with Building Envelope Evolution. The wall system is based on the A-Hus Closed Cell design from Sweden which can be replicated on-site. The project was started in April and the family moved in October, so well insulated is their new home that no specific heating system has been utilized and to date, no one has complained of being cold!.
